In Bidders Tab, user can turn on/off no-consent ad-serving via Adnuntius, Amazon TAM and Prebid and adjust settings.
ADNUNTIUS: for ad-serving without consent. Adnuntius is not setting cookies and don´t track users.

Turn on/off selected bidders
Switch between adapters for selected bidders (some have only 1 adapter)
Specify Auction and Fail-safe timeout (auction timeout has to be lower than Fail-safe)
Fail-safe timeout is total time for sending request and receiving response from Prebid
Auction timeout is total time for auction in Prebid
Bidders config - demand partners configuration for Prebid
buckets settings - need to correspond to line items bucket settings in GAM. This setting is only for Prebid and modification do not cause any changes in GAM (no integration between systems)
