The Slot Refresh doesn´t work in the following cases:

1. Direct Campaigns (I/O)

2. Programmatic Guaranteed Deals

3. all Order IDs which are not noticed in the ATF-Manager as a refreshable Order

That was Point 1 and 2 were a requirement when we created designed this function because of higher prices CPM and higher quality (e.g. Festplatzierungen, Native-Article and Advertorials).

The priority doesn´t matter if an order is refreshable or not.
