Toggle to turn on/off the Slot refresh feature
List of Order IDs:
Global Order IDs (set in Global settings) are imported into the list and cannot be deleted
Publisher Order IDs (set in this tab) can be added and removed
Refresh timeout - time period before ad is eligible for refreshing
Refresh interval - ATF SDK checks for ads that are eligible for refreshing every interval
Slot Refresh version:
version 1 - if ad slot was in viewport, counter was activated and slot will be refreshed after defined time
version 2 - if ad slot was in viewport, counter was activated, when defined time expires, slot needs to be in viewport to be refreshed
