Here we can add out of page ad-slots for anchor-ad and web-interstitial. Both formats are declared as special ad unit! For targeting this formats please have a look at https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/187805?hl=en
To use the Out of Page Slot, only the following sizes need to be created in the ATF-Manager:
On publishers side:

We can use the Tag Manager to set the anchor ad so that it is only displayed for individual areas such as content type and channel on a page. However, it should be noted that this results in a new ad unit:
Mobile: 40748507/hom_eba/recipe/article/overlay_1
Desktop: /40748507/hom_eba/homepage/homepage/overlay_1
These must be labelled as special ad units and these ad units have their own frequency capping.
